Who we are

- Quote requests: your name, email, and optionally your company, website, the Labs, services or software you select, and the details you write.
- Accounts: your email address and password, or your Google account details if you sign in with Google.
- Software data: records you create inside our tools, such as lead lists, CRM contacts and deals, CV content, freelance projects, saved speed tests and automation settings. Each account can only see its own records.
- Connected accounts: if you choose to connect Gmail or Instagram to a tool, we store the access needed to send or publish on your behalf. You can disconnect at any time.
Information collected automatically
To protect the quote form from spam, we use basic technical signals such as how quickly the form was filled in and how often requests arrive. We do not currently run advertising or analytics tracking on this website.

- An unsent quote draft, so it survives going Back. It is cleared after a successful submission.
Our free utilities run entirely in your browser. Files, text and invoice details you enter there are not sent to our servers.

- To run your account and the software features you use.
- To enforce plan limits and free-trial allowances.
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
Services that process data for us
Some features rely on outside services: Google Maps Platform for business search, Google PageSpeed Insights for speed tests, an AI model provider for AI writing features, Google for sign-in and Gmail sending, and Meta for Instagram publishing. Our hosting and database provider stores account and quote data.
